I have had dealings with USAGOLD off & on for quite a while now. When I first decided that I wanted to buy gold as an investment, I knew nothing!! My “personal representative”, G.C. has walked me through every step of the way and been a real pleasure to work with! I have always found them to be very helpful, knowledgeable & easy to work with. I like that I have the same person to deal with each time I have a need to buy or sell. I appreciate receiving their newsletters & updates they feel are relevant to my holdings. I was thrilled when I found someone to work with who was located much closer to where I was & even though I have not had the opportunity to make a personal visit to their office, phone calls are answered promptly & purchases & sales are dealt with in a timely manner.
