International Ordering Checklist
1. Contact
us toll free by phone
or by e-mail. We have brokers on duty 15 hours daily Monday thru
Friday -- from 11:00 am to 2:00 am Greenwich Mean Time. For your
convenience, orders may be initiated and even largely coordinated
by email, but all orders must ultimately be confirmed
by telephone.
2. Placing
an order is easy. A
pre-funded account is not required. Products,
quantities, prices and diversification strategies can be discussed
with your broker, and any additional questions you may have will
be answered. Shortly after placing your order, you will recieve
an invoice confirming the details of your transaction by email
or fax.
3. Bank
wire instructions will
be provided to you at the time of your order, and it is your
responsibility to wire payment in U.S. dollars within two business
days. If a longer period for payment settlement is anticipated,
please discuss this in advance with your broker.
4. Shipment
of gold will be by
Federal Express, fully insured. You will assume no liability
while the package is in transit. We will ship to either your
home or business, but not to a bank or third party handling center
-- you, or your authorized recipient, must sign for your package.
Alternatively, if it is your
preference, we can help arrange a facility for storage in the
United States.
