All 1800's era coins, all for less per ounce than a 1/10 ounce U.S. Eagle

Hard-to-find, small batches of historically significant mintages that are, most importantly, priced to sell.

British Sovereign Queens (Jubilee and Veil Head) British Sov Sets

Minted 1893 - 1901
Fineness: .917
Actual Gold Content: .2354 troy ounce

Queen Victoria Sovereigns are substantially harder to come by than the King George/Edward mintages that followed.  Split roughly between the Jubilee and Veil coin types, these coins invoke a special nostalgia for a time when the British Navy ruled the seas, and the sun never set on the Empire.  Coins here are mixed XF/AU+ condition.

Netherland 10 Guilder (King Willem)
British Sov Sets
Minted 1875 - 1889
Fineness: .900
Actual Gold Content: .1947 troy ounce

The Netherlands King Willem 10 Guilder is a favorite amongst gold owners, as it is typically the least expensive truly Uncirculated specimen from the pre-1900 era - when they're available, that is.  It is the ideal option for those looking to combine antiquity with a high state of preservation, while keeping premiums low.

Germany 20 mark (Kaiser Wilhelm I)
British Sov Sets
Minted 1871 - 1888
Fineness: .900
Actual Gold Content: .2304 troy ounce

The smallest group offered here, Wilhelm I 20 Mark gold coins from Germany are substantially rarer than their Wilhelm II brethren and only very rarely surface.  The last time we were able to offer Wilhelm I varieties in quantity was all the way back in 2005.

Argintina 5 peso ( Argentino)
British Sov Sets

Minted 1871 - 1888
Fineness: .900
Actual Gold Content: .2304 troy ounce

Last, but certainly not least, this group of AU+ Argentinos is a real steal.   Offered well below pricing from our nearest competitor, only roughly 6 million total coins were minted during their decade+ production.  Argentinos were minted during an era of great prosperity for the country, when the phrase ‘Rich as an Argentine’ was used globally to describe an individual of great wealth.  Years later, hyper-inflation ravaged and ultimately destroyed the country's economy, starting a vicious cycle that to this day has yet to be resolved.
